No they necessarily wouldn't. Our FF in '06 was Lynch and while he had a very good year goal scoring wise, it was not a patch on Franklins best and yet we had ridiculously good supply from our mids.

I think it was "that" game.
Thompson has to be AA consideration. He is the in form CHB in the league, had like 5 goals scored against him the whole year. Was shot down last week for saying it because he wasn't around long enough.

Irrespective of Buddy's form, I think the fact that Gold Coast are only 1 point down halfway through the 2nd against the ladder leaders speaks volumes about their progression since their first season.
