Got the rub of the green, and those third quarter goals , downfield etc were the difference in all honesty.

However they deserved to win, they cant do much better, we played pretty ordinary footy , a few carried us.

Cant win them all, if you are 13-2 and average losing margin is 3 I think its ok.

We aren’t very good at shots to win after the siren.

But by all reports on the radio (or the wireless as Grand Uncle Horace likes to call it), our mids didn’t turn up for 3 quarters & we got absolutely smashed in the clearances.

Centre bounce a real problem.

Not the end of the world.

Shouldn't need to over kick the ball from 52m as a key forward.

Not bad kicking 98 points when none of our mids kicked a goal.

Regardless of how poorly we played, we had more scoring shots and if we kicked straight we would have won. Freo also got two goals directly from ridiculous umpiring.

I was going to say, he's flushed kicks from inside the square at the SCG, and a few others from well outside 50 at other grouns, but as soon as I saw him chatting to the umpire instead of just going back through his routine I got worried.
