Very pleased to say that this win, was such a welcome surprise for an Easter Sunday that didn't promise much heading in. I'll have to watch the replay shortly to see exactly how good it was as I spent the second half battling illness due complications from surgery I had 6 weeks ago. Still I did manage to get back to see the final 5 minutes and what I witnessed was great to see, not only was it the experienced players stepping up, but also the kids stepped up and had important moments that helped secure the win. Shame it was soured by a late injury to Lynch who looks like he has a hammy.
All the best mate!

I started supporting the club in the early 90s… all I can say is we have a lot of good players under 30 and our kids are not shit. Sure we may not play finals this year but we are not a rabble like some of the other clubs going around. But if we get a bit of luck with injury we can be as good as anyone!

For those discussing K Mac, here’s his map and what he means to our defensive structure.

That’s great and all but did you see his first 4 possessions… they were all turn overs… butchered badly

But to his credit he fought back really well and played a very good 2nd half

I listened to ABC radio. Luke Ball is not very smart. In pre game they spoke about the Sam Wicks saga. The guy was alleged to have said something about a teammate’s ex GF. It offended some of his teammates so the club investigated and he was completely exonerated.
Even though he was exonerated they still sat him out this week at all levels of footy for team Harmony. Ball says it is a brave and correct decision by a professional well run club. Well he proved how stupid he is today.
If Wicks is innocent he should play. A strong club says we make decisions on facts not on false allegations.
This coupled with the drug issues in the AFLW team says all is not well at the swans. And we took full toll.
who the **** is sam wicks? :drunk:

Very good win for the boys today, nearly a complete team effort. K-Mac is the big worry for me, as he struggled big time today. I think it's time to trial someone else on the wing & send K-Mac back to VFL to find form or guide some of the kids to improve in the VFL. Also I see Grimes as someone else that could help big time in the VFL. Would love to see some more kids get some games over the coming weeks, especially with injury & a possible suspension.
