Only saw one Tiger marched out of the G,the rest were Bombers but watch the media focus on the one Tiger fan.

Think I saw 3.

2 got in a fight behind me cause an Essendon supporter was goading Richmond supporters after a couple of dubious free kicks.

why does dreamtime have mixed reserved seating for our home game , and yet pies or bummers as the home team get their usual bays on anzac day

Read where 2 Tiger supporters got stuck into each other.
Well that's not good.
Ffs

Probably a fight over a player I bet.

Lynch has copped a ton this week when he has won us games this year.

The Bogan numbnuts are going to turn the mcg into an alcohol free zone one day, you watch.

The umpires are actively looking to pay free kicks against Richmond and our forwards nearly have to be molested to get a hint of a free kick.

The players cannot show dissent because heaven knows even a hint of it from a Richmond player and its 50 metres

So if this does not change I suggest the Richmond players show legal dissent, when there is a stoppage and our players are in possession of the ball

do not hand the ball back to the umpire just place it on the ground walk away and let them pick it up.

Out:
Lynch, Lambert

In:
Graham, Ryan/Miller

Ryan is not AFL ready IMO, so I would lean towards the left field pick of Miller and give him a go up forward. His remit should be simple: Crash the packs, contest in the air, do not be outmarked and try and bring the ball to ground/in front of you.
That is not his game. Won't happen.

Hawthorn got back into the game against a premiership contender by switching Sam Frost forward. We can afford to be bold, someone needs to keep Paddy McCartin accountable, his intercepting is too dangerous and his ball use has been piercing and genuinely damaging.

I wouldn't mind playing Pickett in a more advanced role to body Paddy, as a one-off.

Gibcus.

More made up crap from you.
I was 2m from him on Saturday night. He walks just fine. Won’t play this week obvs then the bye…then who knows? (Not you)

read above. explained it at length. No i don't stalk the players to see how they are walking, it was a figure of speech as he was ruled out for a month with a hammy & someone was suggesting he would play this week

I can semi understand the fighting. The game was so boring it got more interesting to have a bit of back and forth with frankly deranged Essendon supporters

Had one near me going off his trolley every time Lynch touched it saying he should have been rubbed out for a month for his high elbows

Got pretty quiet when Sheil did the exact same thing in the back half of the game

Probably would have been more fights if it weren't for the kid lighting up the 'G at half time in AusKick!

Good point. Fighting has always been more popular in bored society's, environments.

The game is such a tedious watch now. Barely watch a single game outside a quarter here or there for non-Tiger games.

After watching the NBA & last nights final Premier League round where Man City tore the hearts out of Liverpool fans & Leeds saved relegation in a final seconds winner - it underlines to me just how desperate this sport is getting.

In saying all this, i am unsure if this is just an AFL problem, or if its a country wide thing. I don;'t watch the NRL, but has its popularity dropped off a bit? certainly feels it has up her in Brisbane (mainly as brizzy fans are massive bandwagoners). The A Legaue is basically a corpse. NBL is plodding along, but still a massive niche market. What sport in Australia is thriving?

Maybe throw gibcus forward , has he played forward at junior level?
Would you prefer to play Miller forward and leave Gibbo back? I would, although I would love to see what he can as a forward, but more as a 3rd tall than KPP.

SCG is a small ground, Soldo in the goal square, Jack up the ground, if soldo's man wants to run off him, make the change then.

In 2017 we relied on Caddy and chaos ball with JAck. I think it's a risk to bring in a player who isn't very good into a game like this. And I especially don't want Aarts to play. If he is named I expect us to loose.

Umps mate,I have got the DT's thinking about em.
Will the AFL race in the dynamic duo Deboy and O'Gorman knowing a win will set our season up?
Watch this space.

Soldo was decent as a forward target. Not great but certainly filled the spot. And when he took a mark to the ground and then it wasn't given I was shocked - well actually it seemed about right Richmond takes pack mark in front of goal = not complete.

But I'd be very tempted to play Miller forward. He's done that before at juniors and VFL.

Umpiring has gone so far it's ridiculous. Probably about the first time I've watched us win and the umpiring has ruined the game totally for me. Flat and thought about that rather than us playing some damn good football.

Which was 10 games a season that covered key times when either Jack, Tom, Soldo, or Toby got injured.

Without Chol we would not have finished top 4 in 2019 or 2020. He had key moments where he came in impacted winning

To the bloke who just laughed at this - You do realise that in both those years we only finished in the top 4 by 1 win or less. One more loss & we finish 5th or 6th.

When Lynch & Jack went out Chol came in and impacted winning - he alone was the reason we won at least 1 game each of those years - he was the perfect depth guy for us . Play forward and mobile ruck - he is sorely missed for me. Would have loved to have kept him, especially this week.

With Lynch & Balta out, we might go 1/4 over the next month. If we do, then we are no chance of top 4. We got 2/4 or 3/4, we are still a good chance to get that spot if we keep winning with our best team in. The lack of depth could cost us dearly over the next month, lets hope Cumberland can be a revelation
