- 2013, played like a Premiership contender until round 15ish
- 2015, playing like a bottom 8 side (but for rounds 1-2).

Goddard will be 32 in 2 years and probably close to retirement.

Loyal players stick strong, through good and bad. Riewoldt could have left for much more when we were rock bottom after he was drafted, Armitage could have gone to the Tigers last year, but for better or worse they stayed. Goddard is a mercenary and deserves exactly what he is getting.
