No where to kick a footy or set up stumps.
Because there's no way anyone could walk to the acres of grassed open space complete with numerous cricket pitches four hundred metres away.

Mind you Hinkley would probably drive in the MG with a detour to KFC for some chips.

You are taking crazy pills if you believe a list with the likes of Brent Renouf, Jarrad Redden, Mason Shaw, John Butcher, Andrew Moore, Jasper Pittard, Darren Pfeiffer, Cameron Hitchcock, Jake Neade, Campbell Heath, Lewis Stevenson, Matthew Lobbe, Brett Ebert, Nick Salter, Matt Thomas, Ben Newton, Daniel Stewart, Cameron O'Shea, Danny Butcher, Kane Mitchell, Justin Hoskin, Nathan Blee, Sam Colquhoun, Aaron Young, Brendon Ah Chee and a freshly drafted Tom Clurey was getting anywhere near a premiership.

Just imagine how shit hitouts at training would have been. Where was the pressure coming from below? How many of those players went on to have a great career in the AFL?

Not even Clarkson could have coached that group to a flag.

Clarkson couldn’t have coached Ric Ladson, Mark Williams, Michael Osborne, Danny Jacobs, Xavier Ellis, Clinton Young, Simon Taylor, Beau Dowler, Beau Muston, Mitch Thorp, Tim Boyle, Travis Tuck, Tim Clarke, Zac Dawson, Stephen Gilham, Garry Moss, Tom Murphy, Brent Renouf, Jarryd Morton, Brendan Whitecross, Luke McEntee, Robert Campbell, Hugh Sandilands and Alex Grima to a flag either.

But with Sam Mitchell, Shane Crawford, Luke Hodge, Jarryd Roughead, Lance Franklin, Trent Croad, Brad Sewell and Jordan Lewis chipping in he could.

How come Leon quits after nine years with a better record than our coach who won’t do the right thing and quit after 10 years. Leon knew it was time for the club to get Clarkson so stepped aside ....a real club man doing what’s right. Now we are screwed and left with no good replacements and will watch Hinkley drive us into 10th.

It couldn't be worse timing.

With us about to hit 4-5 there is no way Koch is sacking him now if he didn't at 0-5.

Clarko will be long gone (unless we somehow lose to North).
Clarko can wait til the season’s end if he wants to. See how all the team’s coaching situations are and choose from there. Unless there’s an offer too good to refuse or he decides a place is ideal for him. Then we weren’t going to get him anyway.

I feel like we're much more likely to extend Hinkley than we are to sack him. I can just sense that David Koch is ready to double down on his mistakes.

Jeez Clarko has spent a hellova lot of time talking/ reminiscing about Port in this interview on fox
He's there for the taking, if we don't throw the kitchen sink at him it just confirms what many of us believe our once ruthless club has become.

Sadly this is more likely than not.

David Koch will stick it up the "haters" by extending Hinkley's contract.
