I am not getting carried away until rd 23 is completed.

I think by start of Rd 23 we'll have a spot locked up.

With Sydney losing we can still finish top.

Watching Carlton there's no way a win over them is out of the question.

If we win our last 5 games then you'd almost make us flag favourites.

If Dogs win against swans they will end up on 15 wins and take our spot

Would love to be in finals but image the the drive over summer if we just miss out.

Richmond lost 3 Elimination Finals in 2013, 2014 & 2015 before they won the Flag in 2017. If good enough, then a team should take its place amongst the top 8, wherever that will be. Hawthorn are in good form, they are playing with confidence. Confidence brings good form, good form brings a winning feeling on the field and off the field. It's probably too early for the Hawks this year but really they have nothing to lose if they make the finals. Who knows what they can do if they are in good form and playing with confidence. They have momentum....they need to make the most of it. Momentum is a big thing in footy, it ties in with confidence and good form.

As a neutral, I have enjoyed watching Hawthorn's brand of footy. How far will it take them this season...who knows. But it's certainly something to build on for 2025.

The competition is that tight and close that in theory who knows - Hawthorn may make the finals and win the whole thing. Beware playing the Hawks at the moment. They are playing well and are in form.

Yeah definitely worst case scenario.

Would need Dogs, Ess and Port to go on a massive runs to finish off the year.
If Dogs lose to Swans no scenario of us winning 15 sees us missing.

Hopefully the club if we made finals and had a run to a prem final, we stay on course on what we are doing and don’t just start to top up as we think we are ready close.

Ever year is a new year, next year after clubs have scouted the hell out of us may be different look at the saints this year.

I don’t think there’s a scenario where more than 8 teams win 15. And would bring Sydney almost back to the pack in a total drop off
And realistically the three win drop off from 9th to 10th won’t appear in the last 5 rounds if it hasn’t been there fot the previous 5

For me, Swans, lions, Freo, Hawks, dogs, blues, giants, cats.
After that, it's port, bombers, dees, gold coast & pies.

I think we're a real good show to knock off the crows this week and the blues. Giants our biggest test, but all winnable.

Just did the predictor and we were at 4th and Giants at 9th.
Really thought the giants would make the 8 so I went back to our game versus them and flipped it to give them the win and then it was Giants at 4 and us at 9th.
This could go so so many ways.
If port doesn’t win on friday I think they miss and if they lose friday we make it…and on and on and on...
What an awesome season!
