I would put money on one change this week.

Out - Butts
In - Sholl

Chayce plays as a defender, Murray on Wright and Worrell on Weideman.

I would prefer to bring in Nankervis and play Chayce on the wing. I was hoping that Schoenberg, Cook or McAdam would put their hand up for a game but they were all pretty underwhelming today. I liked the way both Borlase and Keane played but I don’t think we need another tall defender (Worrell is taller than both Borlase and Keane) on the fast track at Docklands.

How was the North bloke not at least fined for jumping into the back of Murray?

Potential to cause harm?
Haha no. A bump is only bad if it gets the player in the front. If you bump, leaving the ground, collecting an unprotected player, and had a viable alternative, you are totally fine. Some things are obvious.

Whereas it’s the perfect week to use Nank on the HBF, play Chayce on the wing and drop sholl

I’m all for playing shorter in defence against sides that lack the midfield and forward-line to punish us for it, but it would be far too risky against the bombers at Marvel IMO

In: Himmelberg probably but maybe Borlase would be good?
Out: Butts

Whoever comes in will be the sub.

Weideman is godawful <-- Michalanney but anyone is fine, doesnt matter, Hinge could run off him when he drops marks or falls over.
Kyle Langford is good<- Worrell
Peter Wright is good<- Murray

Only risk is Murray with his slightly dodgy hamstring.

That reverse swing checkside of Dougies was my favourite goal from that game.
Defied physics.

It was completely bizarre.
The whole game was bizarre. I remember the feeling watching that game live. Was on the edge of your seat with that sinking feeling for the first three quarters that each time we closed the gap, Essendon would get another goal. Felt like we would fall short. Then that last quarter just flew past them.

McAdam in for Murphy. Have Pedlar attend the ball ups and push up the ground to cover Murphy.

Gollant plays across half forward / wing. Have Jones move back to cover him for the week.

Gollant's best use is as a link up player. Really screams Ten Goal Tommy to me. On the fast Marvel Stadium - I think it suits him.
Murphy has to play with Lyon out. Neser should come in too.

Borlase for Butts
Cook for Sholl
Schoenberg for Sloane (wont. happen as his 250th would be in Adelaide the following week, but perhaps we could give him a two week rest? Couldnt help but freshen him up?)...

Looking at likely match ups well from Essendons forward 6 last week
Murray goes to 2MP
Woz to Stringer I just want to see him get up in Stringers grill more than anything.
? to Weidemann but he has played trash for weeks now. Could get away with Borlase/Keane
Hinge to Langford.
MM to ? do they have a small that MM would need to cover or does he play bigger this week? If he plays bigger he can go to Langford Hinge to Weidemann and then could argue bringing in a Parnell to play on a Menzie/Guelfi.

So without answering any of my own questions it could be Parnell or Keane/Borlase pending what they see as the better match up for Butts.

I'd think that would be the only change which won't wow the masses.

WTF is 2MP? I have missed the latest buzzword/definition.
