How is Atkins holding his spot - personally I would prefer Gibbs, not too sure what he has done to become the unclean?

I have no issue entering the game not to tag, but stupid to take on GWS midfield guns with no plan B option.
Who else tags? Douglas?
We must be resting him with the 5 day turnaround.Funny how Greenwood had 2 inside 50 tackles, 29 pressure acts to Murphy’s 0 inside 50 tackles and 15 pressure acts.
Did I forget to mention Murphy had 5 disposals? 5
We ran out of gas when we had to comeback with only 21 fit players (with our best player and midfielder gone) after quarter time in 27 degree heat, that's why Melbourne had 9 scoring shots.
Brouch I reckon given Mrouch is returning from injury & Sloane is under a cloud.Lets not forget the Giants will apply very effectively the de Boer tag on a Broucb or Mrouch.
What complete BS!Gibbs has tagged for half a game in his whole career and people are acting as if hes Cameron Ling.
I'm not a fan of the idea either, but that's a broad football belief that Camporale has, regardless of who we are playing. I would assume it'd be Douglas, i've always thought Kelly could do the role well if we needed someone to tag as well.I have no issue entering the game not to tag, but stupid to take on GWS midfield guns with no plan B option.
Who else tags? Douglas?
Be nice if he hit some targetsDouglas was a large class above SANFL last week, it's not a shock at all.
Rather play a full 18 than have a defensive forward that doesn’t hurt the oppo in the role.Greenwood doesn’t provide defensive pressure I50 because he’s slow.
Who could’ve predicted this thread’s level of melt in the week we’ve brought Matt Crouch back in and dropped Mackay.
We watch our afl team thoughIsn't it the same few people who melt every week (even though they don't actually watch our SANFL team)?
Dougy will do well

Yeah I'm glad he's out. I think that the best taggers are players who are very aware that they don't have the talent level to demand regular selection unless they put in insane effort to maintain an endurance base and relentlessly scrag their matchup every week.Gibbs has tagged for half a game in his whole career and people are acting as if hes Cameron Ling.
No doubt he will do well, he may even be best on ground but it is time to move on. It says alot about the current state of the list and what we think of some of the younger guys in our squad.
Polhoke bouncing in and out.
Gibbs bouncing in and out.
Mackay bouncing in and out.
Douglas has been mediocre, at best, for the last 12 months - why is he back in?
McHenry, Jones, Wilson all talked up and performing extremely well; barely get a look in.
There is no plan.
Or we're playing games and he's always going to line up with Sloane missing. We must be resting him with the 5 day turnaround.
There is no other logical explanation.
Maybe I wouldn't have brought Douglas in but I don't know if you watched the SANFL game or not....Douglas was absolutely dominant on the weekend.
I think this is a distinct possibility & we are managing Greenwood for the 5 day turnaround.Or we're playing games and he's always going to line up with Sloane missing.
Looks like Bryce will be down at the TAB, Mackay and Hugh will be shooting some hoops.
They get pizza after a Snaffle game. BonusIt must be so demoralising for the younger players on our list to see this **** happen week after week.
