It's important to not throw the baby out with the bath water. Everybody calls for changes after a loss, but the easy thing to do is drop players. We need to do the stronger thing, which is to back the guys in that we know can get the job done. Tex is pretty sore, he'll miss and we might have a look at our impact player and see if we can get a bit more from there.
