Im all for booing Henderson, he used to be one of my favourites. I tried to defend him even after he had checked out halfway through last year.

I'm not a boo-er, so I wouldn't have if I were there, but Hendo did kinda break my footballing heart.

I pumped him up for years and years to anyone who'd listen. To go out like that was not good. Weak as water.

Our forward pressure at the moment is hot AF. Right up there with Collingwood 2010.

I think about whether we are wise in forgoing the opportunity for another top 5 draft pick. But on our current trajectory i suppose we become a destination club, and arguably with the way free agency is going that approach is more important than a "finish low draft high" mentality.

We will be in the 8 in 2 weeks time

Woo Hooo!!! Best effort this season! I thought Gibbs was fantastic, and Army played his best game for us I reckon. Fantastic win! And without Murph too. Again, well coached and fought out. I thought they were going to overtake us in that third quarter, but we were hard, well drilled and steadfast. Carna Blues!!!

Don't normally listen to opposition coaches presser but gee Chris Scott seems to come across a bit arrogant.

Lady sitting next to me today, (Carlton of course) said...I didn't realise they are so arrogant...

They showed our midfield zero respect...we smashed them

Spend a fair bit of time looking at their reflection

Early picks are worthless compared to wins IMO.

Was watching from a Villa in Seminyak and shouted the place down!!! Awesome win. Can't believe how calm and confident I was when Simon White had the ball.....awesome game. Gibbs was in BEAST MODE the whole game. Dangerfield and Selwood apparently the best midfielders in the league had their pants pulled down.

And Henderson can get ****ed. Never seen someone sook it up like he did on $600k a year before he left. Good riddance.

We all know we have a long way to go but sure as hell I am enjoying watching my team play with 110% courage and pride in our jumper. It's been a long time since I have been able to say proudly yes this is my team. Amazing what a coach who believes in what he is teaching and planning can do, I am in love again with the Blues.

This is what young guys need, a winning culture

Have heard us described as brave twice today, once by Sandy Roberts in commentary and once in the news.

If Henderson hadn't knocked Lamb over, I reckon that the ball would have gone over the top to Daisy who was running hard to get into the goal square, with his opponent 10m behind him.

And his opponent was the steeple chaser - quite an effort!!

To boo Hendo would have been just too predictable, too crass. We should be aspiring to be better than that.

I would have liked to see Hendo rather get a standing ovation when he ran out in his cats guernsey. For having the self-knowledge to recognize that he is not Carlton material and that he lacks the resilience and character needed to be part of a full team rebuild.
And to have then done the decent thing and left, rather than just milking us for a few more years, showing glimpses but never fully delivering, until our people lost patience and delisted him - with nothing to show for it since by then he would be past his sell-by date.

Good onya Lachie, I say! :thumbsu:
