Yeah Miller was decent offensively. Young is way off the mark atm.

I said this last season, but was clearly in the minority, that Young needs to do more to be at AFL level.

Always went for the spoil rather than the mark, which I can accept from an 18/19 year old player in Gibcus, but not a 24 (now 25) year old player.

Was little surprise to me that our midfield wilted v Kelly yea and Reid , I was honestly flabbergasted we were favs
Prob a month away before we see a couple of hopper , TT or prestia , meanwhile we need to find some extractors , seems we’re backing jack G , kmac2 and dow ,,I’d add mansell in there would provide some much needed grunt ,,,anyways gonna be tough run until some senior players return

That's a gutting to our most structurally important of players. To get one really good quarter a game (first v Saints, first v Eagles) is a blessing with the sheer weight of outs at the moments.

Need to move Campbell up onto the wing and bring in Coulthard or Steely Green. KMac’s time has passed. Keep Pickett in as a defensive wing or make him the sub and use HRS on his wing. It’s now or never for HRS

The loss we had to have (No 1 in ND). My only disappointment is that we’re not playing North this week and could have locked away the spoon. In better news there will be no BF arguments over selections for the next 10 weeks given there’s little to choose from. At this stage I think we need to play any of our AFL listed players currently in the VFL and only play the likes of Kmac and Picket in the 22 when the cupboard is bare. Hoping to look back at this year fondly knowing our success is the result of being able to get experience into our cubs while allowing us to assess the deadwood and cut where necessary.

At this stage pumping games into the kids is going to benefit us far more than playing some of the older blokes and scraping an extra win or two.

McIntosh has to be the first to go. Make Pickett sub. Play Ralphsmith and Banks on each wing for the rest of the year.

Not sure about Ralphsmith only runs hard one way and imo seems to lack intensity at the contest I’m not sure he will make it

Sorry for the intrusion but I think the worst team comfortably sits with Hawthorn at this stage. But just here to see the thoughts on Kosi. Did struggle at Hawks and sadly doesn’t seem to have improved. And we’ve got our own issues with Chol SMH.

As long as we beat Essendon, Geelong, Carlton and Collingwood I don't care too much. More than half the first 22 out due to long term injury. The experienced players we do have are on the wrong side of 30 and time has caught up. If we finish bottom 4 (likely) may as well try to snag another top 10 pick for Baker if he wants to go home
