Pickett will not be brought straight into our AFL side from the draft. He’s barely played a game at any level due to his injuries almost all of the year.

If he plays a couple of VFL games and tears it apart though, then I can see him debuting against West Coast. West Coast game is probably the earliest I can see him play to be honest. It’s OK though, a certain other player debuted in Round 22 of 2017 too ;)
Delicious

We are going well and a win suffices in our remaining games, but I think we need to start really thinking about our percentage. I get that Melbourne hardly get thrashed, but I don’t see us getting percentage in our final three games against Carlton, West Coast and Brisbane. All three of those clubs are currently in hot form, so Melbourne may be our last opportunity to gain some serious percentage. Therefore, I’d like to see us be a bit more ruthless in this game

Pretty sure half are fake or hammed up.. The Kmac ones are pretty funny though!

Hearing Marbs speak he was genuine and I believe him 100%
The Kmac ones are the stories I especially hope are true. Bloke is a hot mess.

I'm not too worried about percentage because all the teams around us are going to have consecutive losses and we are going to finish 1st.

Imagine if after all that we finish first

Out: Cotchin, Short
In: Caddy, Pickett

Be interesting how they determine the 2 from Nank, Soldo and Chol.....

On SM-N960F using BigFooty.com mobile app
Short played his best game of footy in over 12 months, why would we drop him?

Ypu’re Forgetting how good Nank is
He’s like another midfielder
Contested ball monster
We walk taller and play harder with Nank in
Thats the dilemma, Soldos strength is the ruck, Chols is around the ground. Nanks strength is around the ground more than the ruck.
So what would be the best balance going into finals, Soldo/Nank or Nank/Chol.
Personally I'd rather Soldos hardness and better ruck work and Nanks experience around the ground.

I may be a dumb campaigner, probably am lol But can someone explain why the goal umpires do that chest tap thing? They don't seem to do it on every behind. What does it actually mean? Lol Been watching footy religiously for 30 years and can't work it out. :relaxed:
Signalling that they’ve got the call, as opposed to the usual need to wait for the field umpire to say ‘all clear’

Did a ladder predictor, very likely we finish 4th and play Geelong.
If we drop one of West Coast or Brisbane though, we'll finish somewhere between 5th and 7th and likely play Essendon. They could be dangerous...
But I can see us winning all 4 and finishing 4th.

Much the same. Next 2 must wins, then gotta beat the eagles week later. We also need West Coast and Bris to drop 1 not counting our games which is unlikely.
