In Houli,Grimes,Townsend,Soldo.

Appoligies to Garth but i dont think we can play him and Astbury in the same back line way too slow
and leaked goals today. Butler needs a month in the VFL to find form. Short inj. Balta had 5 touches
today i dont think he is ready for AFL yet.

Houli & Grimes good ins. Townsend tackles get him in. Play Soldo in the Ruck and Nank up forward,
Im sick of wathing Nank lose all the hit outs.

Are people actually blaming Lynch?

He’s one of the few people that can hold his head high over the last few weeks and if there’s a couple that can’t handle him being in the team they can f right off thank you very much.

If his inclusion is the reason players like Butler and George are playing poorly then drop the two of them and bring in some actual grown ups.

People become to hysterical after a couple of losses and will blame everything from recruits to toilet cleaners.

Was thinking the same thing of Garth and Dave being too slow together down back.

Super happy with how we're going I had us at 1 and 6 at the start of year I know we were always going to use this year to rebuild the list as we feel list we have won't take us to another flag so we have had intention to play people in different roles and games into kids etc to build for 2022 were we see ourselves primed for another crack there will be many tears and very few wins over the next 2 years but will be worth it

The umpiring was again sub standard today. Both ways. I couldn't tell you how many times people at the ground went "What was that for?" from both sides, multiple times.

I think the umpires have been given directives from the peabrains that are on the rules committee - they must have.
Suddenly holding the ball is rarely paid, you can basically throw it and any little bump or push from a defender is a free kick against.

These clowns are basically f**king the game. Hocking, Weakley, Gill - they're ruining the game. They must be gone before it's too late.

The problem with a rules committee is that they WILL make changes regardless of whether they are needed.
In the legal world, Appeal Courts turnover lots of decisions.. Why? Well if they don't then there is absolutely no need for them to exist.

Part of the reason Bigfooty exists is for melts after a big loss.
But if I was to use common sense for just one moment (I know, I should get a week's ban for doing that), you take Rance, Grimes, Houli and (after just 6'58") Short out of the backline, is anyone surprised?
Despite that (and the absence of Caddy and Riewoldt out of the forward line), we were kind of in this until Cotchin did his hamstring. Martin is playing garbage at the moment, but the truth is you can't take that much experience out of a side and expect no impact.

Yeah I just had the same thought.

When you consider we were playing Stack, Balta and Garth who have about 5 games between them, lose one for the match in the first quarter, get nothing from Dusty AND THEN have to endure turnovers like Brando's and Graham + others - I'm staggered we were only 20 down at 3QT.

It doesn't make things OK, it's just a rational explanation. Long term, this suits us.
