Man Franklin is shit, 1.2 so far, it's Melbourne...honestly wouldn't be surprised if Hawthorn were secretly hoping he screwed off at the end of the year and helped with the salary cap space. Easily replaceable, and the statistics back that up.

don't know why everyone wants to pay franklin a million a year.. he isn't that good.

Give me murphy pendlebury or cotchin any day of the week

If Melbourne win the second half and put in a competitive effort against Collingwood, I think he'll be safe.

However a 100 point loss today will see the back of him in my view.

Won't make it to Collingwood, Hawks are playing with them. Kick straight and they are already 100 points in front, has the makings of the biggest margin of the year.

I think it will be between 115-135 points personally. Melbourne are having a crack but they are simply not good enough to even compete against the Hawks.

There's just no attention to detail by Melbourne. Bruest has a set shot for goal on a tightish angle yet there's no one there to run at him when he goes off his line to improve the angle

Side is just completely devoid of confidence

Feel sorry for the Demons fans. THE Shemons themselves? Not so much. They have had high draft picks for years, but they've squandered their opportunities with poor development structures and a poor culture.

Neeld will go this week. Will this fix them? Not for a long, long, long time.

Looking grim for melbourne, 2nd half Roughhead and Franklin will probably monster Frawley and Garland and snag 4-5 each.

Only 2 melbourne players are earning their wage today, Nathan Jones and Chris Dawes. Jones should be captain too.

Forward Press, Melbourne have a board meeting tomorrow, hence why all the speculation was based on this game.

He'll likely be gone and the President should go with him.

Thanks, I didn't know that.

A triple digit margin will see the first coaching change of the year in my view. And maybe I'm mistaken but I don't think many of the long-suffering Melbourne fans on here would be too upset about the decision.
