Congrats on the win Tigers.

Simply too good from the get go. Richmond has a very well balanced team with an even spread of contributors across the board who got all the job done and are playing super footy.

Good luck for the rest of this season. I hope the Tigers go all the way and win the Premiership. :thumbsu:
Cheers Mate.:thumbsu:

The one worry today, was some players to unselfish which cost us a lot of goals. (MIles you dick)

yep if you think you can kick the goal just kick it unless there's no oppos within 20m of you or the player you're gonna offload to

Caddy's stat sheet looks nice but boy did he get on the end of some easy ones haha.
Martin class again.
Prestia - looks like a master stroke from dimma to rest him. Well done Dion might be hitting your best form at the best time of year.
Edwards - loved what i saw from him today. He's such a barometer for us.
Our Defence is league best imo.

throws 2m handballs is what he does, bloke is shit hope he gets no votes or it'll be a joke. love how dimmer didn't even bother to shut him down the cocky campaigner

caddy is great. ******* everywhere today. involved in so much of the play. love how he just crashes into blokes and pushes them around

With the greatest respect, not his best game, but seriously, if you can't acknowledge Mitchell has had a great year there's little hope for you.
He's been a great performer.
As I said elsewhere today, we have a lot on here who try and back their own narrative by isolating one game out of 22, or a career's worth.
I hope you don't judge Dusty's worth by one poor game v St Kilda??

Third on the ladder after Round 20. Who woulda picked it?

Caddy, Prestia, Lambert, Martin and Grimes for my votes.

Did Caddy kick three from the goalsquare? He's made a habit of that this year. Some say they're cheapies; but why not? You can't miss from there.
Prestia fantastic! Disposal was really good, good inside work and negated Mitchell's influence too.

I asked the question in the autopsy last week. We're almost too unselfish up forward... sometimes it pays off, but sometimes it can be one too many (cute) disposals and an easy opportunity goes to waste.

Don't want to dwell on negatives- but Bachar and Grigg were pretty poor. I've always been a Bachar fanboy, but he shit himself in disposal far too often. Grigg just seemed slow in his decision making - that turnover in our f50 near the end was typical of his day.

Very good performance across the board. It's very pleasing to not have to rely on an outstanding Martin, Cotchin etc game to get us over the line.

Positives:
Prestia and Caddy's game
Grimes - 100% most underrated player in the competition
Forward pressure

If anything I thought the score line flattered the Hawks, we squandered a few gimme goals and was hoping we'd roll right over the top when we got out to a 7 goal lead.

Watching Tom Mitchell is incredibly grating, cheap handballs, ducks the head, just an average footballer.

I'm confident we can beat Geelong.

Accurate goal kicking and 4 quarter perfomances only thing standing between us and a flag right about now.

We need to nail those shots 30m out.
Still yet to be play 4 quarters kind of scary to think we are 3rd and still have yet to put in a 4 quarter performance

beaten carlton, collingwood, essendon and hawthorn all in the same year. wont happen too many times! enjoying it

good win, never lost control of the game. but gee I wish our conversion was better. if we kicked straight we would be in 2nd right now with a percentage like adelaides
Don't forget Port our other big rival

Well played. Spanked us in the first quarter and I thought while we were able to even it up for the next three quarters, your lot just held us off.

Was like watching a Dad wrestling his kids. Stuck the big paw out when we were coming at you and just kept pushing us away.

Good luck in the Finals. Loving the way your boys play.
