Season over. Awful last quarter. Concede 7 in 1 qtr after GWS only had to 5 to 3qtr time.
Mentally not strong enough. Had them on toast and got spooked by them freewheeling from defence again.
No one could win a contest in the last ... terrible way to lose again. After Port loss you would think it wouldn't happen again, but here we are.

Brett Daniels wears #16 for GWS and he had 12 touches and kicked a goal and not a single Hawthorn player bothered to worry about him in that last term.

Mitchell has literally said he doesn't want us doing that.
Felt like we were getting outplayed for a good segment of the game, but efficiency in forward 50 was keeping us clear. GWS finally started capitalising on our lack of a genuine elite KPD, and won the game.
Disappointing, but still a chance of finals if we win the rest, just relying on more results to go our way now.

We were off a bit all game. Forwards struggled to get involved, mids won the ball without doing a lot of damage and backs gave up so many easy goals through making poor decisions yet we were still the better team for most of the game.
Shows our improvement throughout the year but also gutting to lose like that and make finals incredibly difficult.

Umpires didn’t help but ultimately we lost the game for ourselves, trying to kill the clock with 7 minutes to go is just ****ing stupid.
