Key back in the ruck. VFL listed players through the midfield.
As I said, will not be pleased if our midfield does not do well.

Smith will be the ruck they wont line up like that.

A distinction without a difference.

Why can't you accept this midfielder eld should be dominating at this level?

I was just pointing out baker wont play chb and smith will play ruck.

Im not sure our MF is what id call dominant. Aside from bruhn (who is there purely for fitness and will only play 3/4) and hardie the rest are developing kids or average plodders (parfitt).

I dunno, it was a wrist injury. He's been running for a month. Reckon we might see full minutes from Bruhn

Confirmation of Rhys out there with the VFL team - thinking the last few weeks have provided a clear picture that Stanley is really seen as an emergency for the seniors, and with Conway on the sidelines, it's SDK who's now our preferred ruck option

Neither Parfitt or Clohesy out there though - so maybe a late change with an extra mid to get a run

2 goals on the board in less than 3 minutes

Furphy is starting up forward - he's a good size player, looks strong across the upper body and a nice kick for our second goal

He has had a good start... the guy just needs to keep it up for an entire game.

Everytime I've watched games he's played, I've enjoyed watching him play - definitely not the perfect or complete player, but he's a real competitor, there's some grunt to him and can see he wants to be involved
