Wasn't pretty a lot of the time but banked the points and looks like we got out of it pretty injury free (hopefully Duz is ok).
Probably missed 4 very gettable goals near the end there that would have turned it into a 10 goal win

Feels pretty hollow to be honest. Started slowly, had a good 10 minute patch and a better 3rd quarter but very underwhelming for a team that’s now 2nd. I just don’t “trust” us yet.

But I reckon we were a bit disappointing. Dreadful stoppage work and some embarrassing arrogance from a team that’s achieved nothing.

We won.
North Lost.
Highlights some horrendous umpiring.
We played badly enough that they will cop it from Scott rather than being satisfied with a bad performance.
Second on the ladder.
Carlton and Hawks flogs feel shit.

that was the most unconvincing 40 pt win ive seen in a long time.
At no point did i feel confident we werent gonna get run over.
A good side would have been 5 goals up at the end of the 1st q and would never have looked back.
we better not go into Dreamtime and and expect a walkover coz
we just aint that good.
