I know everyone's over the early deficits. But teams are hunting us, which to me is great preparation for finals, because teams are not going to let us waltz to victory, but we've continued to do so despite teams throwing everything at us.
We're putting together a season for the ages. I just hope we continue and get the job done at the pointy end. But I'm quietly confident.

Amartey was amazing. But this win was built off the back of Grundy's workrate. He played a flawless game from start to finish and was a huge reason we won the game in the manner we did.
I hear he only accepts silver coins.

I continue to get astonished about how often we can come back. I honestly thought we had fired our shot in the third and this was going to be the one that got away. But instead the attack just went bang in the back half of the third and left Adelaide shellshocked.
The midfield is clearly something very very special. +30 contested is extremely tough to do. Grundy just keeps getting better, his last few weeks has felt like the dominant ruck of the competition. Heeney's Brownlow campaign just keeps humming.
But really, today's the Amartey party. 9.1 off 10 disposals. It's like peak Tony Lockett.

It's frightening how good we are when things click. You look at sides like Essendon in 2000, Geelong of 15 years ago, etc., where we look a level above the rest of the competition.
