More than fair, and Gulden took us too another level, he is probably our best overall player as much as I love Heeney.

That's really a tough one isn't it. Heeney oozes class, but Gulden is pure fundamentals with a fair bit of class himself.

I'm just glad we have both. And throw in the Chad for good measure!!

In no order, Heeney, Grundy, Lloyd Papley and Amartey in the second were good and kept us in it imo

No idea what to think about all that.

Apart from AMARTEY PARTY. He deserves massive credit however for his commitment to continual improvement - he is never going to be a superstar forward, but he continues to improve. His contested marking has gone to another level, and his kicking for goal is vastly improved. He needs to work hard on his ability to compete when it isn't going his way - but well done lad. I think games like that tonight could be what can make him at AFL level - really feels like he is starting to believe.

In other thoughts.

- We can't keep giving teams such a start. I actually thought we played better in the 1st quarter tonight - we just were poor with our kicking for goal, and our last kick into the forward line, whereas early Crows couldn't do a thing wrong the rare time they took it forward. It will bite us at some point.

- Errol ended up with great stats, but he really had what I thought was a very average first half. But again - that endurance meant he was doing as he pleased in the last quarter.

- Grundy was enormous. Took full advantage of an inexperienced ruck - but even when the game was done and dusted, he was working as hard as anyone else on the ground. Absolutely enormous.

- Thought McCartin was absolutely terrific down back all night.

- Adams continues to impress - he brings great coolness and calmness to our midfield, and a bit of class too. He will be so important come the bigger games towards the end of the year.

- Heeney again made a huge difference once he got going - he is putting together a serious season and a half.

Not our best by far - but again a 7 goal freaking win, away from home. This team will utterly obliterate some poor buggers when we do turn up for 4 quarters.

Oh and 3 GAMES CLEAR. 3 GAMES CLEAR!
