MELB have been the team to beat all season, but have they peaked to early?
MELB haven't kicked a decent score since beating the Lions a month ago. We're balls deep in a slump right now, I wouldn't get too excited if you thump us tonight.

Feel like beating Port in Adelaide is the mark of a genuine contender this year. Bulldogs and Geelong managed it. Lions won't get the opportunity (but handled them convincingly at the Gabba), but Demons have that test tonight. Few others like the Swans and Tigers have pulled up short on Port's home track.

Port is the gatekeeper this year. If you can't beat them anywhere, fuggedaboutit!

Looking forward to this one. My kids are starting to learn what 'Good anxiety' is. Should be a cracker.
They’re well ahead of me then.

Im going to lock myself in the bathroom now and probably never emerge

Let’s get drunk yeah?

I'm expecting a scrappy game, due to the defensive systems of the top sides of the AFL. I'm expecting a Power win and the SA media declaring "A wins a win!"

Shocked that port are favourites at the bookies.

Five day break, bunch of outs due to injury and a couple who just came back for their first game 5 days ago.

A good ruck feeding a deep clearance midfield can hurt us quickly by getting quick runs of goals.

However ports halfbacks could really move the ball and exploit that demons forward line hardcore. If port gets the ball outside enough they’ll cut melb up.

Hopefully we’re not asleep to start games like we’ve been on to many occasions.

The odds make sense. You're playing at home, their recent form has been average. I think Melbourne will win tonight based on how they've played all year vs top teams, but the odds are correct for this one.

David King confusing Aliir Aliir with Majak Daw. Aliir has never played at North Melbourne.

Dumbest interpretation in the code right now. Bloke incorrectly disposes and then ridden into the ground - why would you pay the free that happens after the first?
