Hams is wayyyy to small to play in the middle. He does well in the WAFL because of the sizeable different in body sizes compared to AFL mids. Can you imagine how he's go against Dal Santo, Hayes Montagna and Jones? He wouldnt get near the ball

He is lacking in height, not size. I believe he would be able to hold his own against those guys, he is a little ball of muscle.

It probably won't happen regardless.

Wilson would be giving up a good 6cm to Wilkes/Maister, Brown is the better match-up for him. It's the first time Maister is playing against West Coast, Wilkes however played against us last season

Why would the Eagles make the change to the emergencies if Smith isn't some chance of playing? He obviously didn't travel with the team on Friday, but he could have travelled yesterday or he may even be in Melbourne visiting family since Perth had the bye in the WAFL this round and he'd likely play WAFL next week when the Eagles have a bye.
