Shorty played 16 games in each of the last two seasons. Without going back and looking at the games you would have to consider him unlucky to be dropped when he was last year and have guys like Graham, Townsend and Broad that just were never going to get dropped after they came in. He came out after the GWS win last year. (Not sure if he was dropped or injured? Someone may remember) Very very unlucky not to have been a part of the premiership and maybe it's his time to make up for that lost ground!!

I think he was rested not dropped (after the Lions game) did nothing wrong to deserve it, but Broad came in and held his spot. Short soooo unlucky not to have a Premiership medal under his pillow
