At the game my observation. Essendon were actually bombing the ball a lot into their forward line. Miller towelled up Wright. Balta and Vlastuin intercepting with ease. Essendon are not a top 4 side. Their fans are kidding themselves. They are going to get exposed badly in the finals. Bookmark it.

Cumbos was on the 10m square? So yeah he should know better. I'm sure I've seen the ump ask players to come back 2 or whatever metres before.. rather than pay straight away.

I see these not paid every single week. It's crazy the amount of times a player is asked 'stand' when a metre or two over the mark, as was the case here. Rarely ever paid 50m.. but different for a player in yellow and black.
