Anyone know what Broad and Franklin were arguing about at half time and at the end of the argument Frankin calls Broad a f...g campaigner

franklin was begging for a copy of the t!ts mcgee pic n broad said no as he's a changed man that learned from his mistake n won't share it around any more

OUT: Kmac, Pickett, Bauer, Nank, Banks
IN: Ross, Brown, Cumbo, Soldo, Bradke
Banks sub.

Ross is a clear upgrade on Kmac. I don't think Pickett's form justifies selection over a youngster knocking the door down.
Cumbo just needs games he's clearly a confidence player. Soldo in for Nank. Bradke I don't rate at all but Jack is getting double fisted, we just need a big dangerous looking bloke down there to take the heat.
MRJ gets another crack sick of dropping kids after one lacklustre game.
Miller 2nd ruck. Banks sub, steadied himself in the second half but can't be starting 22 if we're serious just yet.

When was the last time you posted in an autopsy thread without Kmac being in your outs?

Stop trying to make fetch happen, it's not gonna happen.

A few posting MRJ didn’t have a good game. What is this based on?
I haven’t seen his stat which is where I’m guessing it comes from, but we need him in the team for the pressure he brings.
I don’t think we have another player that can provide the run down pressure he does. Mansell? Not sure he comes straight back in. Think he was harshly dealt with on the suspension, but hasn’t quite earned the right to walk back into a winning team.
I could see us resting Cotch for the trip to WA which would open a spot. Take you pick from Mansell, Cumbo or Juddy.
Ross in for the unlucky Bauer.
Soldo for Nank.
I think that will be the most possible changes made.
Macca won’t be dropped and I don’t think Pickett will be dropped, but wing is his best spot, but we must keep playing Ross there for now to give him a good crack at it.
Banks deserves at least another game.

Great backs to the wall win, would have been a tough loss to cop after we dominated so many aspects of the game. The response of the midfield group after last week's reaming was everything we could have hoped for - can't remember the last time we ended up +16 against anyone for clearances, let alone a quality unit like Sydney that were only missing Warner (who plays outside as often as inside).

Nank's 2nd half was outstanding, he bullied Hickey all night and had one of his best tap-work games for the last few years. The suspension will hurt our midfield cohesion, but we should have every confidence Soldo can build into some form against Williams next week and cover Nank really well with a chop-out from the young blokes. In terms of game rating points for minutes played, Soldo's actually ahead of Nank's average for this season (from his one game), he's never let us down when we needed him in the past and if his body holds up, the big man will come through for us once again.

Dusty and Shai were both sublime, we just have to remember to enjoy every game these two play together as much as we can while their careers still overlap - it's once in a lifetime stuff to see two blokes that talented doing things nobody else can. Just Dusty's physical presence around stoppages and in forward line contests changes everything, regardless of whether the ball goes near him or not. Shai's running patterns, the territory he's covering and the speed he's doing it at make him near unstoppable when we get enough ball to get feeding him on top of what he wins on his own.

In all honesty, though, the thing that had me most excited from last night was seeing Meatball finally handle the ball as cleanly as only he can. He hasn't looked anywhere near that sharp any time this year; last night he looked like it was dry ball and he was in a class all of his own.

TT coped well enough with the hard tag, looks like he'll cop it more weeks than not - he's too dangerous not to sit on. Ross had what was probably his best game, he was really good and I thought he was unlucky to be dropped. More games at 80% that level and he'll never play VFL again. Progressing well. Really solid performances from the rest of the midfield brigade and worth noting that under Mini we have a very healthy spread of goal-kickers from amongst them over the last couple of months.

Miller stood up really well in both his roles, Vlaus showed plenty of entertaining versatility with his forward cameo, thought Young deserved to be called the pick of a pretty solid backline (although no doubt we'll be concerned about Sydney's high conversion ratio from I50's), had some really excellent 'smart footballer' moments combined with that impressive athleticism in what has become an outstanding season for him and us.

Hugely disappointing for Bauer, as many have commented, he looked comfortable at the level already and hopefully the kid can push for selection again late in the year. We carried a couple of the other kids in terms of effective output, but they'll always be better for that kind of experience.

Obviously we'll be hoping to give Wet Toast a good old fashioned belting next week to get the percentage up, so really attacking footy from the outset seems almost a certainty and it'll interesting to see if we can pull it off. Heavy scoring hasn't been our strong suit over the years, but that does seem to be trending in a different direction under the new coach.

On recent form and past clashes, none of our upcoming games are unwinnable and Brisbane disaster included, you can still make a good case for us being one of the form sides of the comp. Our destiny remains firmly in our own hands and the competition is getting more than a little nervous about our sneaky charge for finals.

Whatever happens, we've done well to keep the season alive and to keep paying the right kind of tribute to our champion veterans as long as we're able - they deserve no less.

We have a family friend. 87 years old and been the massage therapist for the Canberra raiders, Australian Rugby league team amongst a massive amount of others. He swears black and blue that the majority of soft tissue injuries that happen early in games is because of deep tissue massage before the game. The muscles should be relaxed not spasm or tension. Then when you put them under load they stretch and break.

Great summary thanks. Agree on all points. It’s amazing how dusty and shai can see what others can’t, evade a tackle, make a move, knock the tackling arm with the ball in one hand, when all the rest are in an amalgam of angst. Love watching them.

I’m a musc med physician. I agree with him. How many lions and tigers before they doing to catch their prey take pharmaceuticals, stretch more than once, apply rubiefactants, ice or heat, have a massage, stick on bandages. Yet they eat and survive. The racket of quasi medicine just keeps on keeping on. Before all this sports science hamstrings were only seen in butcher shops.

Great win by the boys especially in the wet in the last. Mini has managed to get the boys motivated to give that little bit extra when the game is on the line, which we had lost at the start of the season. Also helped us that some of Sydneys guns didn't fire. Like Papley. he was MIA. Papsmia.

I'm worried about next week. Nothing surer that the brions destroy the eagles by like 200 points and they sack Simmo mid week and we get an interim coach to deal with.

How can a player do a hammy in first 5 mins of a game
Poorly managed that’s how.. * you Meehan
Meehan was responsible for Concas in the Carlton final in 2013 as well.
