What people forget is this is a business, and they are employees of the members, same as a shareholder company.
Now if you can't make a profit within expectations your share price drops and holders get antsy, people are removed from roles and companies, especially its leaders are heavily critiqued and held accountable.
You also hear the excuse that he got us a flag blah blah, what if the CEO of a company oversaw a loss-making year after a few years of profit?
He wouldn't have a job that's what, whatever job you work in, sporting club, seeing a band, having a meal, praise comes with performance and pressure and criticism comes with non-performance, some just can't grasp this.
