In a promising sign at training today, Noah Long was walking up and down the grandstand stairs as he recovers from his knee operation.

Ideally, he’s ready to go day 1 of preseason in a little over three months time

Also, Burgiel did all of today’s session, albeit a very light one. Might not be ready for this week but hopefully will be able to play the last two games of the season

Bad timing for Luke Edwards and Rotham in regards to making a late season run of good form to try convince people they're worth holding.

Always feel bad for the players but some list spots have to change and those two are in the discussion of being let go.
