Sounds like the club is very locked in to this being a review of on-field elements with no scope extending to management of the club

You dont remember his last couple of seasons?
Wouldn't be surprised if Tex suggested this appointment himself.

Pav is a big load of nothing for mine.
You want blokes who aren't afraid to be unpopular but back up their position with fact and logic. You want a home town here then get Tredders in. He is as astute an observer as I know in the game and he dont give a toss what anyone thinks even when it comes to crucifying his own club.
We dont need any more softly softly advice no matter what accolades the deliverer holds which is exactly what u will get from Pav. He also presents a conflict of interest or two.

Love Dunstall and admit I know nothing about the other 2 but It does seem very footy dept focused which to my mind is more papering over the cracks.

Who's there besides Dunstall with any experience in building a truly successful"Club" culture?

Membership, sponsorship and the corporate side is going pretty well.

You would think Brett Burton and anyone involved with the players is in scope.

Burton is the boss of all those areas you just listed.

I read it as, we cant fire everyone under contract this year. Might not be able to afford it.

Might mean..Get rid of Pyke but that means Burton moves sideways to the home base development plan for a year before we can afford to fire him.

We're not getting rid of Pyke. Bicks kind of gave it away that we would do like the other reviews and try to surround the coach with more competent people.

Yes but one of many questions such as:' Does the club place too much emphasis on all of the above when concidering traditional club values and how does that effect on field performance, player retention etc, member satisfaction and engagement etc, exist and will remain unanswered until every facet of this now commercial organization is turned over.

A successful club is the sum of all things.
I couldn't give a rat's arse what the figures tell us and I dont pay money to be impressed by such things.
