Port still have at least 3, or 4 quality players out that'd make a difference to the team, right? If so, that makes the game closer than it would be against this out of form Dees, who I still think are a few weeks away from reigniting their earlier form.

Clurey and Butters got through the SANFL without any issues but since it is only a 5-day break till Thurs they might not risk them this week.

This week will determine if Melbourne's recent form is just a mid-season slump or if it is the Darren Burgess collapse like we saw at Port...

Should be an absolute cracker of a game. I’m surprisingly confident heading into this match, I reckon this could be a statement game for us. Port by 40.

I also thought that before we played West Coast and they Smacked us so take from that what you will.

Dunno what to expect, only our best will give us a chance of winning. But with the dees’ last few games, you just never know.

This game deserves at least 40k in attendance, but again this game should’ve been on Friday night, curse those in charge of arranging the dates of the fixture

Classic 8 point game. If we are as good as we think we should win although our recent form has been below.

Im a big fan of Butters and his return should boost Port but without R Gray (he usually kills us) we should be able to secure a win.

Final 1/3 of season time to start building form heading towards finals. Feel like Port are doing that and with a couple of injured pieces returning it will hopefully continue. MELB have been the team to beat all season, but have they peaked to early? Tonight will be a good slog for both teams and give us a bit more info. Port by 21
