43 Players on the list 9 injured 23 required. Leaves 11 players in SANFL this weekend. We are only a few injuries away from this being a big problem. Especially when we have Cook just back from injury, Newchurch very raw still, Strachan only a ROB replacement, Frampton & Himmelberg can't/won't play in the same team

No SANFL this week.

Pedlar and Crouch hopefully back next week, along with McHenry.

No SANFL this weekend & a 6 day break... so this week we should be managing players who need a rest & utilising players from the SANFL who could do with a run in the AFL.

We actually have a shorter injury list than most other teams at present:
Adelaide - 9
Brisbane - 8
Carlton - 10 ** Doesn't include Cripps, who apparently has a fracture in his back
Collingwood - 9
Essendon - 11
Fremantle - 12
Geelong - 8
Gold Coast - 12
GWS - 14
Hawthorn - 10
Melbourne - 8
North Melbourne - 15
Port Adelaide - 10
Richmond - 8
St Kilda - 6
Sydney - 5
West Coast - 12
Western Bulldogs - 11

Pedlar sounds a little way off. I wouldn't rush McHenry back. Give him 3 weeks off as it was a brutal concussion and he isn't exactly critical to our team.

Are you serious about Ned ?

Yeah I wouldn't rush him back. Hamill had most of the year off although he had a previous concussion as well from memory. We are finishing bottom 3 so why rush him back. Yeah I was serious he isn't critical to our team. He is a developing small pressure forward who is still finding his feet. Not exactly a star of our team.

I think we'll probably go something like this:

B: Kelly, Butts, Brown
HB: Mackay, Doedee, Smith
C: Sholl, Sloane, Seedsman
HF: Schoenberg, Walker, Berry
F: Rowe, Frampton, Thilthorpe
R: ROB, Laird, Keays
IC: Jones, Hamill, Fogarty, McAdam
Sub: Hately

Out: McHenry, Murphy, Himmelberg, McPherson
In: Jones, McAdam, Frampton, Hately

My only thing with this is I think Thilthorpe will have to play high half forward / wing with Mcadam in the team. Mcadam, thilithorpe, Tex, Frampton Fwd at once is too slow and we saw that vs GWS

Clueless.

Pity for us that 5 of injured, well up until sloane came back, are in out top ten players. Also, considering how young our list is, even a short injury list means we're out of depth.

Wow.. finally this club decides to stop playing walker and give him a rest when he’s carrying something..

Wonders never cease..

Now for the announcement that he needs surgery and will be out for two months. ;)
