I think I’ve seen a fair few odd comments on this forum, but to say a team that won by 122 and dominated every stat ‘didn’t play that well’ is right up there.
Apparently we should have won by 150+ points.

Hilarious some posters are unsatisfied after we have kicked the highest AFL score in 7 years...

They sit on 51%. Enough said. I said we have made some good gains this year but we still have way to go. Most would agree.

So? It’s still AFL, you can’t win a game by 122 points and play poorly. Can you imagine actually saying out loud to someone that your club didn’t play well after winning by 20 goals?
It's all relative. If we beat melboure by 120 I would say we had a very good day out. I expected us to beat west coast by 120-150. It met my expectations.

Lol, kicking the highest AFL score in 7 years only just met your expectations.

Perhaps time for you to call it a night...

Great memory now of watching Tex kick a bag of 10 live... think the 1st time since Mods & even better for his 250 milestone game.

Much better balanced midfield tonight with Sloane mainly playing off a wing with only small stints later in the game in the middle.

Allowed more inside midfield time for Soligo, Pedlar & Rankine.

We have 3 wingmen who cover lots of territory & also kick goals.

Was great seeing Tex kick 10, was telling my daughter at the game, where were you moment. We both cheered so hard for Tex, easily the best leaders of the last 15 years and such a well respected person at our club. Normally so unselfish as a player, it was great seeing everyone else try and help him kick a bag

That says more about west coast than us. Let's not get carried away beating an inexperienced WAFL side with a few AFL players in it. Let's see how we bounce back against Collingwood on the MCG.

This.

He can be annoyingly unselfish at times. Apart from the one pass to Sloane tonight he looked for the goals at every opportunity.

He’s never been a big bag kicker. Lots of 3s and 4s.

Deserved this tonight. Good on him.

great game. As mentioned above it’s good to have a fun game. Just imagine we didn’t drop those 3 games that we really should have banked the 4 points - GWS, Pies and Suns. Ah well, hopefully they learnt from it
