Yep small forward is a need

hopefully we are still in the ear of Pickett, and Nasiah Wangas. With Dee’s sliding and StK on the rubbish pile, both certainly worth chasing even if it takes a couple of years…

These two would transform our team to another level.

Perryman as a free agent is a no brainer. Could just trade out Burton for something in the draft or keep as depth.

These are literally the final missing pieces in Ken’s puzzle.

Relist Stuart Cochrane. Play him as sub every week to secure the FS - Dougie Cochrane is a jet. Oh Well.

Havent written a ‘we should be balls deep into Jesse Motlop’ post in a few months so figured his run of form in the VFL over the past few weeks warrants another.

Absolutely we should be looking at a premo small forward as well, but we need more than one and im confident Daniels lad wouldnt cost us a ransom at the trade table.

Immense talent and would be an instant upgrade on any of our current small forward options.

PLAYERS UNDER 24: Connor Rozee (23*), Zak Butters (23), Miles Bergman (22), Francis Evans (22), Mitch Georgiades (22), Jed McEntee (22), Jackson Mead (22), Dylan Williams (22), Lachie Jones (21), Ollie Lord (21), Jase Burgoyne (20), Jason Horne-Francis (20), Dante Visentini (20), Josh Sinn (20), Hugh Jackson (20), Kyle Marshall (19), Thomas Scully (19), Tom McCallum (19), Thomas Anastasopoulos (18), Will Lorenz (18), Xavier Walsh (18), Lachlan Charleson (18), Logan Evans (18)

TOP 5: Zak Butters, Connor Rozee, Jason Horne-Francis, Mitch Georgiades, Miles Bergman.

Wow. We knew the Port Adelaide midfield had a high ceiling with the likes of Zak Butters, Connor Rozee and Jason Horne-Francis, but this spread of young players can make up the majority of the Power’s best 22 for the next decade.

League ranking: 3rd

They reckon? Jase Burgoyne is the only guy outside of that top 5 who I'd comfortably call a ten year player at this stage.

there’s a lot of speculative projects in there but very few teams have guys the quality of those first 5 players 23 and under. Especially our top 4.

there’s quite a few of those speculative players that are already first 22 quality and a few that are really pressing their case and have that upside.

Looking at some of those other teams , there’s a fair few players posted in their 5 that are well away from some of the guys in our listed 5.

Im deeply shocked to read that Franics Evans is only 22

I’m still keen on trying to lure Malcom Rosas over from the Suns. Has spent time in the 2s this season, but is the exact type of player we should be targeting.
Yeah, we chasing Ainsworth for $650k a year for 4 years, or we could chase Rossas for $400k for 3…

Watching cluey in the SANFL and training, he seems in the best nic I've seen him. Good depth still, already contracted and has had any injuries.

I'd definitely keep him as depth

I’m not sure if it was due to the short backline (Walsh going forward), but Clurey played his best game in ages.

Same rock solid backline as the AFL side which was shorter as well (due to no Ratugolea).
