What a professional win. Just purely inspirational. Pies with 2 in a row late in the 3rd, the commentators (honestly just shut up BT) and media talking up the bravepies for an "inspirational comeback", the world against us. But that 4th quarter was awesome. They brought everything at us, but our defence stood up tonight. Our experience and class came to fruition.

Our forward half can be just as good as it can be, but if our defence doesn't stand up, we don't win the game and the game was won from the back 6. That chasedown tackle from Rampe was insane. The best game I have seen Rampe play in a long time. McCartin brothers needed to stand up, and they sure did they were fantastic.

Expected to win in the middle of the ground with Adams and De Goey out and sure did. Rowy was sensational, parker and mills elite too.

To be fair credit to the pies defence. Their upside is huge given their pressure. They did not give us an inch in defence, and didn't allow papley and heeney to roam free. No. 1 in the comp in defence for a reason.

Clarke did a nice job on Nick, but geez such a liability front of centre and in forward transition. Still did his role.

Just a fantastic win, just a methodical performance everyone playing their part.

Also, (not every pies fan of course) there were a few cocky pies fan thinking they would smack us on their board. Hope they have their nice piece of humble pie.

I was thinking the same thing. He was saying it was unfair to boo an injured player, but he doesn't play in the spirit of the game, so he gets no respect.

Swans fans wouldn't disrespect a player like Mundy if he was in that situation. Fans hate seeing players who take the piss, so he gets what he deserves. Maybe he'll take his medicine and stop playing like a gutless cheat.

After the Essendon game, there’s no way anyone predicted us finishing top 2. The job isn’t done, we need to beat the Saints, but that is one mighty turnaround.

As much as lot of us knew Collingwood weren’t quite as good as their streak suggested, they still had some great wins in there and no one else could stop it. We kept them at bay all day and made them look average. That’s seriously impressive.

We’re genuine contenders and I almost can’t believe I’m able to say that!

Fox has made as much difference to the defence as Clarke has notching up opposition half back scalps.

Two very underrated players but so important to how we want to play.

Really professional win and everyone played a role.

Stick with McDonald, no need for any changes, unless we want Gould to debut before finals.

Melbourne based Bloods, i know the time slot is putrid and it is a school night but please. Turn out in force on Sunday. Let's get the place rocking. We had such a good turn out against Norf but were rather quiet.

May I just say Clarke had a really good game today. Sure Diacos kicked a goal but he wasn't particularly influential all game and Clarke got plenty of the ball himself.

I would not have believed you if you said a year ago that we would be heading into the finals with Clarke and Fox both being important members of our best 22. I mean I liked both, but I saw them as backup players, players to come in and be solid if we had a few injuries.

On a better day we win by 60 points. It was very similar to the Fremantle game. Up against a finalist and we controlled it with ease.

I love that our crowd did that! People claim the Sydney crowds are meek and don’t know much about footy but they know a bloody cheat when they see one.
