That’s what was so concerning about Hine’s comments post draft
They took him bc “they just worked down their list”
Ignored need, list balance, injury etc
It’s a strategy they don’t always follow so why so staunch at that time?
We also tried to move up to grab Morris so he was obviously rated - so why not draft a guy who has just kicked 4 goals as a KPF in his last game before the draft playing against the best around the country?

This is why we’ve been having to strike gold like grabbing Brody etc late / rookie
