I think the issue with the gump is that he stated he made the call on hearing a noise - I think Gil’s statement makes mention of this.

Gil should have just said it was inconclusive, stopped all debate a out the goal and turn it on the AFL

I don't understand why we were handed a 2 year trading ban for no reason.

Starting to believe the AFL, despite their multi-billion dollar broadcast deals, really is nothing more than an overblown boy's club.

It is a Melbourne boys club that needed a national platform for TV dollars but has no interest in allowing other states to be successful. The trade ban was part of that policy and the academies will be removed after our next flag.

Rewatching the McCartin bump, McAdam actually paddles the ball past McCartin rather than McCartin running over the ball and collecting McAdam.

Events were, both players were going for the ball. McAdam got there first and pushes the ball to the side and past McCartin, McCartin turns for the ball and McAdam continues to run into McCartin.

McCartin should get off, he didn't elect to bump
