I think this highlights the point that Natman is making - We have 4 midfielders who's first action is defensive and that mix simply does not work.
I dont have a problem with Cassisi, K.Cornes, Logan or Thomas individually, but we cant have them all in the side.
Good luck Choco.
I dont want to be cynical, but I will.
What is it that has attracted him to GWS?
I thought the lure of a 'big' Victorian club was what he wanted.
Sorry, but whilst he was our Senior coach he should never have been selling himself to other clubs.
So can we start to reveal more details?
Like the sponsors who will paying for the upgrade of the prince of wales and the other incentives on offer from major financial backers.
Yep, these guys are absolute wan**rs who take every opportunity to abuse a power listed player running around in the SANFL.
Their abuse of Peter Burgoyne who was playing for the magpies against Glenelg at the Bay oval last year was absolutely disgusting.
Most of them are Collingwood...
Game is no longer at the MCG.
Moved to Etihad because Collingwood told the AFL they want to unfurl the flag against Carlton the following week.

I think it shows how people outside the club viewed our performances over the past few years.
Choco made some shocking errors and is now paying the price.
We had a great coaching staff on paper last year and look at some of the crap we served up.
I think the AFL has gone nuts with its Assistant Coach obsession.
As long as you have a good structure, discipline and a game plan that the players believe in you dont need 8 assistant coaches.
West...
I quite like Cassisi, K. Cornes, Logan and Matt Thomas as players, but they cant all be in the same side.
We need to trim those 4 down to 2 in my opinion.
If runours are true we have an interest in both these players.
Brad Ebert is a big bodied midfielder, but has questionable disposal by foot. Watching him at West Coast he seems to have played most of his footy on a wing or an outside midfielder which doesnt seem to suit his strengths.
Could...
Walker would be a welcome addition to our side.
I would have him as a tagger ahead of Logan / Thomas because he has excellent leg speed. Cassisi, K.Cornes, Logan, Thomas are all negative type midfielders and struggle for pace.
Walker could also do a job on small and tall forwards for us...
Re: Pettigrew for Shammer
0-0 draw
I dont rate Schammer and Pettigrew is not anywhere near our best 22 going forward.
Schammer could provide some cover fur Surjan potentially, but I dont think he would be in our best 22 either.
Maybe Cyril Rioli was the one who dodged a bullet when he "interviewed poorly" and was subsequently overlooked by the Crows in favour of mighty Patrick Dangerfield.
James Sellar is a terrible footballer. I cant believe that you guys would be considering him as part of any deal. I really want him to stay at the crows.
Thats just my opinion.

Surely there has to be a role at the club for Michael Wilson?? Not in the coaches box, but he has too many qualities not to be involved.
I had a very slight preference for Scott, but the talk of Primus being a Choco clone is just a joke.
Primus did not follow Williams and continue to play Motlop, Cornes etc.
Primus handles the media in a much better fashion than Choco.
Primus talked about tough contested and disciplined...
I am happy that it has come down to these 2 candidates.
Would not be upset with either, but have a slight preference for Chris Scott.
I think the playing group need a shake up, as there are far too many players that are confident they have a spot in our side for many years to come...
Hartlett is and will be a better player by a long way.
Hartlett caqn do all the things Trengove can, but has better pace and significantly better disposal.
I love it how people are saying Burgoyne is only worth pick 9 + a fringe player when Hawthorn were prepared to offer pick 9 + Campbell Brown.
Are they calling Brown a fringe player or can they not interpret the value their own club has put on Burgoyne?
Re: CONFIRMED: Burgoyne nominates Hawthorn
I am a little surprised at some of the opinions Hawthorn fans have on this trade. I can only put it down to the fact that you dont fully understand the ability of Shaun Burgoyne. I'll give you my thoughts as someone who has seen every game he's played...
Seriously people we do not require any more players who either lack leg speed or can not kick. The 2 midfielders linked both lack leg speed and are terrible kicks.
We dont have room for any of these players even if they were free.
